if the bumper of 2002 is same as 2001, then it wont need any modifications.
since the label of the box shown 2001 civic, that's why i assume it may need a lttle modifications, but i believe it wont need any modifications.
Just cut the concer plastic peices off the bumper to install the fogs.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
