If your in scarborough (and i think you are??) here are some shops our insurance company uses
-Birchmount collision
-Howden Collision
-Imperial Auto
-Kings auto
-Thre R Auto Body
They all have quality painters (not sure of price ) - I'd say there reasonable though

the shops i listed are guranteed by my insurance company for the lifetime of the vehicle - which means, if they do any work to a vehicle they fix for us, and theres problems, they have to fix it free of charge - basically you have to be a good shop to get on a insurance companies list....so you there good shops - like i said, im not sure on price -
get some quotes... if u wanna save a few buck... go to Canadian Tyre and buy a few can of auto paint... i'm j/k
