I *THINK* the OEM knockoffs are the actually same ones as the real OEMs........ they both use H11s anyway, which is really rare. If it is a genuine knockoff made by a different company, I thought they would use the more common H3s.
As far as the quality of the OEMs, when aimed correctly, it was incredible. They do a fantastic job at increasing your preipherial vision (spelling?) and great in foul weather, especialy snow & fog. Plus once they are installed, they won't move around in drive-thru carwashes, like aftermarket ones do.

Hey guys I gave Paul a call at choicecustoms and he quoted me $300 for the pair, plus taxes. I asked about a group rate and he said he really couldn't do much there. Just thought I'd let you guys know. It's pretty pricey, but they do fit our cars perfectly, so I guess it's up to you guys.
Hate to break it to you guys but $150 USD @ 1.6 comes to $240, plus shipping and duty and brokerage fees, it's probably going to be almost the same. Just to let you know
What web stores did you go to for the OEM fog lights? I know someone in the states, so I can ship it there and just pick it up.

Don't waste your money on OEM fogs. Mine are both cracked from flying stones a couple of months after installation.

I bet you tailgate on the highway

Or at least that's what I did........ and mine cracked too!
But after my accident, I had them replace under insurance
If you had enough stone pinging off your car to crack OEM fogs, then aftermarket ones would have cracked too... aftermarkets are usually weaker than OEMs

I'll be putting a grille covering the whole opening including the fogs so shouldn't have to worry about rocks or anything...

ProCarParts ain't that bad........
I ordered my ProjoHeadlamp from there, and it came on time, at a good price... I also ordered a set of clear side marker for my bro's 2001 Celica, but they were on backorder... so it took a while to get that... and some chasing down.. otherwise, everything went well.

well that's the listed price........
But I have a fishy feeling that they are on back order.
I just checked eBay and nobody is selling them... I remember when we were ordering the clear side marker for the celica, when it wasn't on ebay, it was on backorder...

I don't know about OEM, they don't have that touch of blue to it... it shines like stock headlights and I don't like it
IMO...
I want the ones that fits our cars like OEM, but shines like xenon, and stings like a bee...
