<< wooh with yoko's? where u getting this quote from? i think thats a good pirce
Well original quote was $1700..... I had to negociate it down.
I'm aiming for $1500, so I'll let you know exact what I got it for tomorrow...
thats a cool deal considering they come with yoko's
nankangs are like cheap tires their still good. but they dont grip as good as yoko's
nankangs are good for like beginner guys. if u want to start using them for racing and stuff like that move up the bracket.
gotta spend the money if u want to be fast!

you are from hamilton right? go to lethal rides i dont know if they still have them but they had a set of 5zigen, (used for 1month) for sale with rubber and install for 1600, im sure they'de give em to you for 1400 cash deal.... they were ts-05 or soemtihng like that i dont remember...they were white 17x7 with 215 40 17 pirelli rubber on them.... i was gonna buy them but a few people here have them..than i got mine and everyone has them
the motegi mr7's! u gettin?? DAMN U!! i was gona get that! argh!! now EVERYONE HAS IT!!!! ok i'l juss look for another type of rims but for 1600 is pretty good considering installin and all the labour crap they gota do, the alignment thing and stuff..
NOTE:
MAKE SURE u check what the OFFSETS of the rims r and make sure ur using the correct tire size, cuz u dont want ur tires to be hittin the fenders IF ur car is lowered OR gona be lowered... cuz it happened to a lot of people already, especially when therez weights in the backseats.. PLUS if u dont have aftermarket shocks... GET IT! get the ones thatz hard as a rock! that way it wont make ur ride bouncy... suggesting... TIEN HA's... they're hardcore coilovers and shock system
REMEMBER TO DO THAT!!!

Well I originally wanted to go mesh style, either Enkei RP0M (deep dish mesh style) or RH Evo C3..... but I'm on a budget, so...
I can get Motegi MR7s at Pac Mall for $250 each... or a set w/tires @ $1650...
The best price on 215/45/17 tires alone from a friend at Active Green & Ross, were $660 for a set (add taxes = $759)... so total is at $1760
Both are w/out labour.
But the place I went to was $1600, including labour, so I guess that's not bad. I'm calling them tomorrow, and going to try to bring it down to $1500. If I can do that, then I won't bother shopping around anymore and just buy it from there.
Would anybody be interested in a possible mini-group buy at $1500?

i see ur getting wider tires thats good but expect to lose power accelerating..its all good though.....fat tires dont grip the road too well but mad grip turning fast hahahaha
thats a good price for MONTEGI MR7!!
tein?? if they ever make them for our cars...
expect to wait a while and if u got da loads of cash to blow.
personally speaking if u dont ride ur car into pot holes purposely...and stay on the smooth side of the road u wont need struts or shocks till later.
