Rep Power: 0 I dont want to get coilovers cause I heard that in the winter the salt on the roda will seize the threads and you wont be able to adjust them anymore.

Rep Power: 0 i regret getting H&R sports. u should get neuspeed race
at any rate u should get to know ur car first so the first MOD should be a intake --> springs---> exhuast---> then rims<--- always leave the stuff that cost the most last.
dont forget a good alarm too.
dont expect suping up the car a cheap thrill. its gonna cost alot of money. if ur not willing to spend it then dont do it.
i dont want to diss u up. but i really hate seeing people buying stuff and selling it cuz they cant afford it!
well welcome to the board. and good luck modding up ur ride.
maybe u will see me around the meets.

Rep Power: 0 first mod .... you should break-in your engine (and everyother part) !... hehehehehe ..
IMO .. the stock si rims look pretty safe with a kit and when it's lowered ..
if you don't like the feel of switching gears <shifting> ...... to shorten the distance between gears .. get a short shifter ..
EDIT: are you looking for performance ... apperance .. or sound ?.

Neuspeed Sport first.... ... then alarm...
then go for power first... intake, headers, muffler, then turbo and stuff.(better yet... k20C swap)
then get the rims...The Si rims are not too bad looking so you can play it off as soon as you lower the car. Just paint the centre cap to give it a different look in the meantime. Your car is gonna look sick...
Welcome to 7thgencivic.com..... give it about a week and before you know it, you're on this site 24/7 if you could.... hahahaha

Rep Power: 0 ok let me correct what cue did wrong
why would u get header or exhuast if ur going turbo?
if u got turbo exhuast has to be 2.75 to 3.00 inches
and the header will be taken off dude to the turbo manifold.
also to have NOS or nitrous u would have to clear the tubes on ur car to make it run nicely in and out. 2.25 piping.
also to run nitrous u would need to put 91 octane all the time even if u dont run it.
and like how nymbus told me u need to run colder plugs!
spend lots of money.

Rep Power: 0 I'll probably end up lowering it first and I was already looking at coils and im probably gonna go with H&R Sports just because i dont want to lower it too much and be a snow plow in the winter.
i just wanna clear the wheel well gap so a 1.3" drop should do the trick.
But what Im concerned about right now is would i have to get performance shocks for those springs or would stock shocks be okay?

Rep Power: 0 thanks for correcting that boo... I didn't know that. So I guess what I should say is... if you don't have the money for turbo and need some power now, now, now.... get the intake, muffler, headers.... then if you really wanna kick it up another notch and have the money to blow off... get the turbo kit and give me the headers and the other stuff that you don't need.. Cause I will never have the money for turbo... maybe if I save my bonus for 2 years then maybe.....

Rep Power: 0 stock shocks should last a while since theyre still pretty new but start saving for some aftermarket ones now. friend of mine didnt replace his and it broke, went through and dented his car's body.

Rep Power: 0 H&R Sports not a bad idea. I'm thinking about that as well.
Since you've got the OEM, too aggressive a drop could be deadly for your kit.
Then again, large wheel gap sucks

#1 its hard to steal our cars
#2 if you have intake, suspension wha ever they cant jus strip it on the spot
but if you got a system it only takes a second see
thats why hehe

Rep Power: 0 dont say its hard some guys are good can just bypass the immobilizer. if they want to steal it they will.
they can either have it towed or flat bedded.
