130km/h limit would be suicide and I'd think you'd see a lot more accidents. I would only advise it if everybody was driving German sports sedans with their amazing highway stability. Just like others have said, even our cars can't handle very well at excess speed.

bolt on wont change your top speed, your rev lmiter doesnt engage will about 220, Car and driver estimated it at 213, but it loks like you still got a lil more room, It takes too long too pick up at that speed so I ahvent seen it.
