I apologize for leaving you guys (and gals) out of the whole meet thing. I don't know what I was thinking.
Please post your ideas for a good location to have the Canada meet. I know someone suggested Niagra Falls, Buffalo, Eastern NY...etc. Just do your best to come up with a City and place for the meet.

We need someone (or two people) from each Meet to act as a "representative". This person will help with getting Hotel names and prices in the area. At least get a list of hotel names and maybe a phone number, that way the people that are interested can call and get the rates and availability themselves. Your help will be appreciated by all. Well, if it's a Canadian version of the meet then maybe somewhere in Canada. If it's not just Canadians then maybe Buffalo would be good...

The meet should definately be in Vancouver. 1) Because i live there and 2) Because it is ranked the 2nd best city to live in the world (used to be number 1) 3)Cause the west coast has the nicest backgrounds for picture taking

I can get rooms for 40 buck anywhere... I CAN hook up the prices... and IF IM going.. which I most likely WILL... i can hook my canada EAST guys with a discount

I say we have 2 meets .. one for the WEST side mainly Vancouver and one for teh EAST side (mainly toronto)......

OR

we can all meet at Saskatchewan (ah screw the spelling) whatever... right in the middle of the country.... I can find a Fairmont there and get TRY to get the WHOLE 2k1civic.com guys a group rate..... (40 bucks a room with 2 double beds)

Reno
L.A.
