Can anyone please help me...

my engine light is ON for almost 5 weeks till now...& ODBII reader shows code
P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

what is it about? (bank 1 sensor 2) ?
do i need to replace the primary(top) or secondary(bottom) sensor?
how much for the sensor & where to get it done cheap?... NO DEALER PLZ... $$$!!!

so should i change the #7 or #8 ?

i replace my primary one (top) for $280...
ok first of all if your primary is f**k your car can't move coz u r running too lean of gas and too much air coming in to ur intake manafold...if your car can still drive so that mean is the second o2 is f**k coz one of my friend have the same problem...you can not care about it..the only problem is it will waste a bit more of gasoline that's all....but if u need to do e-test soon then u better replace it..
