My $2,500 dollar MOD!
Well... not really.... I didn't do it myself, BOY_R_D's neighbour did it for me.
Basically what she did was back into my fvcking car. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Headlight bracket bent
Fender fvcked... it was actually pushed into my wheel
Rim fvcked
Alignment fvcked (which could mean more damages...)
Plus more **** will probably pop up once the shop takes the car apart.

I know... I got **** luck... Honestly... my car was perfect (in my eyes). I had it just the way I wanted it too
As for payment... the lady has to talk to her husband about paying me. They might have to get a line of credit if they want to pay me for damages rather then go through insurance.

I'm taking it down to a bodyshop to get quoted and hopefully I have the car up and running soon.

I love the illistration. But i cant imagine how it feels to have your baby wounded like that. When my mom scraped my bumper on the driveway that was hurting a lot..this woulda made me feel devestated.

Also.. just got back from the body shop and they're saying worse case scenario it's going to cost around 3 grand....

Rep Power: 291 Did ya report it at the accident reporting center place? You should even if your not goin thru insurance, that way if she doesnt pay you for some reason you can go after her legally. If you dont and she bails you have nothing. Happened to me when a guy rear ended me (not like that) 
and said he was gonna pay but didn't. I was screwed cause I ddint report it. You got 24hrs to do so.

Rep Power: 370 I went to the Reporting Centre about an hour after it happened. Legally if I didn't do it within 48 hours, I can't claim **** and I'd be fvcked.
Once you report it to at the Report Centre, they contact your insurance company and you have the option of filing a claim through your insurance or getting the money from the person that hit you.
Also you have 7 days after you report it to file the claim otherwise insurance won't cover it.
Anyways, I called the ***** that hit me and she's not gonna pay for the damages... looks like I'm going through insurance. MOTHER FVCKER!!
My g/f's dads a lawyer and were gonna try and find out if I can get her to pay for my deducatble. I don't see why I have to pay for a cent seeing as I wasn't even in my god damn fvcking car.

Rep Power: 370 Well I just talked to my insurance company and apparently I don't even have to pay the deductable (it's waived because I had no involvement in the accident) so my car is going to get repaired no charge to me. Hopefully I can cop some free **** out of this...

I was paying $1500 a year and after two rear-ends both of which not my fault I am now paying $2000 a year. I'm 27 with no tickets, and no claims my fault.
Even though both accidents were not my fault, Pilot Insurance has moved me out of "Personal Use" and into "Work" coverage - f.uckers!!! As well, London is now divided into 2 territories - 16 and 22 (new one!). I'm in terrritory 22 and statistically speaking there are more accidents in that area so that also made my rate go up.
Car insurance is bullshit. They'll get you in the end regardless if its your fault or not.
