yea man.... they wouldnt be my first choice for a civ.... take for example the dude with the Celica..... that guy has so much chrome its blinding... but it doesnt suit his car at all...... maybe spokey chrome would werk.... it was fun hangin out with u nigz outside of brock....

But overall, blue and chrome can work with the right style of rims. Civics look good with the sporty type of rims (spokes) rather than the bling bling type of rims.

Well here is another way to look at it....If your civic is pretty done up on the exterior with a kit, graphics, lights, etc then you dont want all the attention going to the rims, which is what would happend with bling chrome rims on a civic. On a luxury car, even with the other mods, it would almost be expected to have the chrome rims.
On the other hand if you dont have all the other exterior crap and only want attention to your rims then I guess the bling rims would work for that purpose.
So essentially I guess it depends on what you are going for with your car.

thanks for the link jer, but i dont think i will be needing it. after assessing the damages with my father, we concluded that there were no cracks in the bumper at all, just a dent.. so were takin it off tommororw and poppin the dent back out..no biggie...then a long awaited paint job will obviously be needed.. thank god i didnt get the back painted the first time this happened.. lol i think its a bad luck bumper.. lol but regardless im damn pissed, wish i could find the *** that did it.. but glad its not worse.. once again, lip and trunk lid untouched..thats it.... im buyin a J body with underglows!!!

After receiving so many emails about my DIY, im finally putting it up. The OFFICIAL Gen7 bumper fixing DIY. Enjoy. Hope this helps everyone!
Step1 - Get rear ended at Jumbo Video on a Saturday night buy some tough guy!

Step2 - Get your best lookin friends together over to tha garage.

Step3 - Here comes the fun part people. Remove the bumper in this fashion and ONLY in this fashion.. its way more JDM.

Step4 - After pushing the dent out using manly force, grab the nearest makeshift, JDM lightbulb contraption, and put it close to bumper to make sure all dents are removed. Mark found it more effective to lick the bulb as mike was aiming it at the bumper using his legs.

Step5 - Sand the areas needed to be painted using only 1000 grit JDM sandpaper. When you are satisfied, grab some cottonnelle paper, soak it with JDM water, and apply in a JDM motion. After completed, dry off and primer.

Step6 - Tape bumper off with JDM newspapers and masking tape. NOTE: Masking tape does not have to be JDM, just my personal preferance. Paint away with smoothe, subtle strokes.

Step7 - Wait for paint to dry, and reinstall bumper. Look how mint that looks!!

Step8- Roll the whip outta the garage!! Ur done! NOTE: Matts car is way more aggressive than Jer's.
