Well, on my drive downtown and around downtown I noticed a unusual amount of cops everywhere. Uptown downtown and around.

All the police stations I drove by all the cars were gone, I saw like makeshift cop cars that were just mini vans with magnets that said POLICE.

Saw a few unmarked suburbans with military people inside. ETF was cruising around all over the place. I started to feel like I was in NYC (cop on every corner) :P


something must be eihter going down or about to go down because there definatly was a visual police precence today

Might just be them stepping up their presence so that you don't speed as much during this good weather spell .. besides that its the beginning of a month

no, they definatly werent on speed patrol, they were just curising slowly. A lot of them, was driving pretty much all day today never seen so many cops on the streets.


Downtown was where it was really noticable, I mean I saw like 5 cop cars in a row with like one block between em, and I was passing em speeding a bit knowing they werent on speed patrol

There's always lots of cops out during the end of the month, and the beggining of the new month. If you keep that in mind you notice this.

From what i know there were protests today to lower tuition fees. I think they started at my school - Rye High (ryerson u.) and worked their way to UofT and then i'm not sure where the hell they went hehe.

yeah there was some big protest, I didn't attend

I doubt it was about the tution fees though, saw lot of cops in north york too, but there were a few more pigs curising campus then usual.

The military was out too in those suburbans. I bet theres an armed sexual preditor or something.

THANK YOU, I thought I was going crazy with paranoia, I was willing to accept the end of month begining of month crap, made me feel like I was i new york city (where you can find at any corner a parked cop car with two pigs smoking and chilling all day)
