Speedorama! (GTA)
the show was a waste of time, if you ask me. they cut the halls (venue space) down from 2 to 1. everything was too congested - muscle, import, domestic and drag cars and stage were all in the same room. they also did not have any entertainment (stage presence) besides the bikini and legs competition. they did however, bring down monster garage and west coast customs features. the west coast customs' cars were worth a look at. they brought down a clean bimmer, baby blue navigator and a chopped (convertible) 300M (i think that's the name of the car @_@) with a bentley front grill (drool).
i noticed that there weren't many models @ this show. the only ones worth looking @ were a couple of the hooters chicks from hamilton (wow) and a couple of the max model agency scouts (models). PASMAG didn't bother with sending up a couple well-known models
once again, PASMAG tore up the show with its presence - the majority of the attendance bought a mag or a subscription, and keith losier's tricked-out saturn ion (built for sema where it won awards and is also featured on next month's issue of PAS) was @ the booth and proved to be a show stopper and cable news attention grabber.
imho, on a selling/vendor standpoint, i hope they have another speedorama next year, but as a car enthusiast, they better provide more show entertainment (more things to do and watch), more variety/ies of cars and much more venue space to walk through in order to keep a steady fanbase.
