Typically take your USD price and multiply by 1.8. This should take care of currency exchange, shipping, and customs.
I bought my Revo Short shifter from Robear Racing (aka Tornactive) for 100 USD. With duty, conversion, taxes it came to $190 CND.

try and get em to ship via fedex ground, when I got my lights they made me pay the tax and brokerage two weeks later via mail. I aint paying them, they didnt even threaten to make a credit entry, they said "if this bill is not paid, the seller will be notified" if they come bug me i might pay it but im definatly not gonna do it without being forced :P

The best way to get an item shipped from the U.S. is through USPS. It'll take a couple of days longer but you probably won't get tagged with Duty, Brokerage and some other **** like that.
I had an item worth $300 US shipped to me through USPS and I only ended up paying and handling fee of $20cdn when it came to my door.
