Regional Reps - To make things a littler easier

I didnt want to exclude others from this but trying to keep track of 30+ people is getting hard...

So if we have dates or other things to discuss I would like to keep it all in here with reps making input...

as far as i know the reps can decide for the region...id really like to finalize the date by the end of next week (apr 25th) so we can start planning out the meet itself....
