yes by no means was i pushing for a rule book....citing rule 290 of the code of conduct section prohibits members from...blah blah blah
no one wants that...thats why vic put it up in the forum...had you all been like yeah, we need a solid frame work of what member should be governed on then he'd be in the lime light....
just testing the waters. as a regional rep he needs to find out what works for who....true?
