God Damn!
Just yesterday I threw out my old stock Firestones and installed new Falken 512's. I am not much of a tire enthusiast so I wasn't expecting that much of a difference. Hell was I wrong. The 512's perform so well it almost feels like I am driving a new car. Handling, road noise, and almost everything else has had a big boost in terms of "tire replacement". One thing that I would like to mention is how well the 512's do on snow/ice (ie. Toronto, CA). Everyone knows that A/S's can not live up to a dedicated snow tire. However, the 512's do a really good job. Yes they're not snow tires but they perform almost as well. I would highly recommend these tires to anyone looking to replace the old stock Firestone's. Falken 512's the best tire for the money hands down!

I have the same tires and it performs very well and it is a nice looking tire as well. Well i guess anything is better than the suck *** firestones. This is a very sticky tire and even water has not match for these tires as well
i also have these tires, man, they r great on both wet and dry condition, and even on snow, i changed my rims and tires a little early last year, but they were fine, very impressive..

After searching and searching all across town and even outside of town (ie. internet). I finally found a true Falken dealer in Missisauga. I live in the ghetto of Scarberia and there was no one in Toronto who had stock or could order these tires for me. This was due to the recent sudden increase in demand for the Falken 512. I guess it was because of the great reviews they got from Consumer Reports Mag.
I ended up getting them at Max Motorsports in Mississauga. Great shop and great guys there. Ask for Ken, he's the owner, if you're going to go there. Ken was so helpful and understanding. We worked out a deal for 195/65/14, replacement stock tire size, all 4 installed, mounted, tax inc. out the door for close to $330. That was a damn good price because everywhere else was either charging double that or I had to pay for shipping from the states (4 x $25 extra). I am very pleased with their prcing and service. I hihgly recommend them.
As for the tires what more can I say. They are probably the best A/S's on the market today to replace our f@cking, sh!tty stockies. They're better in every category. They even perform well in the snow, go figure?!? Excellent tire that's cheap on the pocketbooks, go get 'em!
