Watch out for those of you who drive in Halton north of Dundas St. at all, my Mom just called me to let me know she heard on the radio the police are having a month long speeding blitz in this area because of complaints from residents... I can understand cause I've seen some pretty crazy speeders on some of these roads between burlington/oakville and Milton (I travel daily).. I will make a big effort to take it easy indefinitely.

If I can add, although I work in the region of Peel, it is a well known fact that street racing has declined in the area of Mississauga and Brampton, and has moved west into parts of Oakvilee and burlington. The reason for the racing move is a result of numerous race projects set up by our traffic unit. The word must have spred out to Halton Regional Police and therefore thy are now doing their blitz. As a word of caution, if there is infact a blitz going on, they odds of getting a caution is slim. Take it easy out there.
