I think its worth gettin expensive brands only if u have the cash to waste...our civics is crappy and if u put crappyer parts on, then theres no point of moddin a car. some product is just as good as the brand name ones but u just get so much more respect when ur showin off ur car to people. BTW name doesn't always mean quality

i dont think this translates to "you get what you pay for"...and i dont necessarily think he was siding with your point of view.

Name doesnt always meen quality = no name DOESNT always mean POOR quality

LETS just settle with buyer beware for both generic and brand names. If you buy generic you could end up with crappy parts. If you buy brand names you could end up wasting a couple $$ on parts you could of gotten a lot cheaper
