Need winter tires

i'm having touble stopping in the rain so imagine what it would be like in the winter. so....
does anyone know where i can get a deal for quality winter tires? maybe used?

I have a set if you want them michelin pilot alpine 195/55/15 used only 2000km mint condition these sell for $156each + tax I will let all 4 go for only $400

nokian hakka 10 180/60/15
i will let them go for 250 without the steelies..
