Arrow Opinions on Tires . . .

As you may have noticed I am currently in the need for new tires. I have already been through the whole winter vs all-season thing and have chosen to go all-season. So there, it's cheaper! Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has any personal experience or have heard anything about these tires, good or bad:
  • Toyo 800 Ultra's
  • Michelin HydroEdge's
  • Bridgestone Turanza LS's
I really need all of the help I can get so please go nutz. Now I know that many of you won't be able to comment because you swear by the whole winter tire thing but if you know of any info please share. Also, I have already been to the good ol' tirerack.com so please don't refer me there.

Furthermore, If you have a personal preference of tire (ie. top 3 Brand-Names) please list it. I would like to know who exaclty makes the best tire in terms of quality.

Thanks in advance.

Based on brand preference I'd go Bridgestone, Michelin, Toyo. I can't comment on the specific tires as I've never run them but that's my brand choices.

Well . . .

I have chosen to settle with the Nokian NRW's as decided from consistent research. They seem to be the best all-season or should I say all-weather tire out on the market. What do you guys think of the NRW's? Does anyone have or heard anything about the newer WR's over the now defunct NRW's? Anyoene know where I can get a good price on these rubbers?

Thanks for the overwhelming replies?!? Ya really . . . any further info would greatly help thanx.

I'd go with the Hydroedge.

Now that I see the Hydroedge.. I'm thinking of selling my Arctic Alpins for those!

never try a single tires you listed above but my order of preferences are: Michelin, Toyo, Bridgestone (for all season)
if we are talking about street tires then teh order is completely different.
