Aftermarket seats are more narrow then the stock ones. They won't bolt up directly to the existing holes so you'll need a Base Mount. Sparco makes a good one or, if you know anyone that can weld, just have them fabricate one for you. Here's what I'm talking about. Click me
BTW... you'll need sliders and rails unless you don't want your seats to move at all.

is it possible to get them in the gta..? or only internet purchase??
it's still better then 200bucks ... and i dont mind spending the time on my own to work on my own car.

my r1 racing seats came with sliders and rails.
i still dont know which is which.......... sliders/rails haha....
but i supposedly have both.. and i need a base mount to install my seats.
as for using the stock rails/sliders... im not sure
i hvaent taken out my stock seats yet..
'cause i am wondering if i just unscrew the stock rails/sliders and bolt them onto my racing seats.
'cause i was able to take apart the rails/sliders from my racing seats... its was just a bolt on.
..actually, now to think of it, i should try that first. save me the 50bucks US as well.
azn saint, blkcivic and whoever want to install their seats:
go to Alex and he will build anything you want cuz he is good at custom work and it will be for sure less than the momo or sparco brackets or seat base (whatever they are called cuz i am not racing seats expert)
give him a call and see what he can do for u. again, mention Ken from 7thgencivic with silver sedan and see what kind of price he can give you
good luck

You can buy sparco sliders or brackets for bout' $150-$200 at Pac Mall..but they're always on back order..
TenzoR Sliders are pretty kewl too it's height adjustable..
Seats can be installed at Cyber City MaCowan and Highway7..they do custom railings too..

hey andy, any pics?
like fob said, it's a transition period... i felt so uncomfortable driving my buddy's car with sparco evos at first, but after a few laps around the track, i fell in love with them... heehee......
how much did the install cost you?

i'll put some pics up soon. It cost me 160 and i think its well worth it cuz he spended 5 hrs into it. i think the seats i have is for a tall skinny person because its so tight and my feet barely reaches the pedal, i look like a 5 yr old driving a car...
well 1028civic has sparco sprinit with custom brackets and sliders and he also looked like a kid driving cuz the seat was so low to the floor
but ya alex takes his time when he works on car so u got a good deal for $160 that he spent a good 5 hrs in your car
next time get your exhaust done there too (if you dont have one now)

hey iamfob, I got some problem with seats too..I got the corbeau Forza from a friend and it came with everything like sliders, rails..etc, yet it is for a 2000 civic model. U think it will fit? Or should I bring it to Alex? Where is his shop again?

the nearest intersection is Warden and Comstock...
turn EAST on Comstock then NORTH on Sinnott
call the number for the unit number
--Alex is cool... he did my exhaust
