Cat. Converters and New York State Law Anyone know what NY State's law's are concerning Catalytic converters. I looked on the NY States motor vehicles section from the sticky and wasn't able to find anything. I'm thinking of getting a hi-flow cat, and want to find out the laws regarding that for NY State. Let me know. Thanks
