NJ Meet?!?!?!? at RU
hey all,
ive been talking to Panda and a few others on here from NJ and we are hoping to have a mini-meet at Rutgers sometime on an upcoming weekend. Im thinking maybe Oct. 19th or 26th...or sometime in Nov...like maybe 9th or 16th?????
i cant really do it on the 2nd of Nov cause its my dads b-day that weekend, but it would be cool to get one last meet in before winter. im sure Hawk, Panda, myself and most likely GPMarzan are gonna have the meet, im just opening the invitation to others in the area who might want to join us. were not really planning anything, just hangin out...chillin at RU maybe grabbing some food and checkin each others rides. if people are down for it maybe take a drive to Englishtown since i think its close by there.
so what do you all think?
if youre interested, which saturday would you want to do this?

Rep Power: 357 where would you guys be meeting at Rutgers? I'd definitely be down for meeting up and hanging out. Englishtown is about 10 minutes from my house. Maybe I could have everyone here and then we could go over there or something. I don't know....just throwing out some more ideas. The only thing that sucks for me is saturdays....i usually have to work at like 3 so that basically sucks. Maybe on a friday night we could all just hang out or something. We need to do more of this like the North East people do!

Rep Power: 584 like i said, we dont really have plans of what to do at RU. im thinking we can meet somewhere everyone knows there...main campus obviously. but theres tons of parking lots over there.
that sux that you work on saturdays. i work mondays-friday, so i probably wouldnt want to drive down after work at night to RU. saturday i thought would be a nice chill day for most people. dont have to rush, just a fun day.
how far is englishtown from RU? ive never been there, but is it close by? cause we can just meet there and maybe have a few spins around that road course theyre building if its done. and when you have to go to work you said its like 10 mins from you, so it wont be too long of a drive. just a thought.

How about the grease trucks parking lot on college ave! There's always a SHlTLOAD of parking there not to mention a load of hungry betties buying fatcats and gyro's MmMmM white sauce all up on that.

Lets set the date for November 16th, thats a saturday. im thinking maybe meet around 2pm or something like that...i dont feel like waking up early on saturday. plus it'll give people time to drive there from wherever people are driving.
i think theres a parking lot right next to the grease trucks, so that could be a good place to park and wait for people...if anyone has other ideas as to where theres room to park so that we wont be bothered let us hear it.
