"Planning the Big-Meet, Mini-Meet" Committe!
Ok people, here it is. Let's just put everything in here (about the planning, that is) to avoid confusion.
I have to talk with Issac, but I am pretty sure he wants to try and meet in October. I know he said he can't meet the weekend of
Oct. 4-6 and I can't do it the weekend of the 19th. Anyone else have days they definitely can't make it? Post that up first.....it's the most important. Then, we can get to actually planning!

Rep Power: 0 I definetly can't make it the weekend of Oct 5-6 either. I'm going to be showing at Englishtown, and I can bet that other people will be there also so keep that in consideration. Is there going to be a vote for a commitee or something how is this going to work? Cause if there is a commitee you could count me in aswell.

Rep Power: 412 There is a committee to plan next years meet in Lebanon. Right now it is headed by EternalVtec with some of us helping out. Right now all of october is open for me.

Rep Power: 0 how about this, sice every weekend in october is bad for someone, how about we just meet on a few weekends, whoever can come up the 13, 20, or 27th. note this is for committee members only, this is not the meet. the committee has already been chosen.

Rep Power: 318 I'm available every sunday for the next 6th months, no questions asked [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] i understand how this gathering is for commite members only since we're going to bring up ideas and discuss how things should be run, but at the same time I feel bad for those of us that live close to Lebanon that could make a short trip to make a lil 'meet' out of it. having others there could be a distraction, but at the same time maybe they could give us their 2 cents. I'm indifferent about it, as long as the main committe members are all available on the given day. anyone else would be an added 'bonus' i guess.
also guys.. there's a mcdonalds just a half mile from the park.. it'll be around lunch time anyway
