Window Tinting in MD

Anybody had their windows tinted in the Baltimore area? I'm lookin around for a good place to get mine done, and would appreciate some input. Thanks.

There's a spot on 40 just north of White Marsh called D&L. They do EXCELLENT tint work, and it comes with a lifetime guarentee.

I was thinking of getting my tint job done at D&L. Hear ads for them all the time on 98 Rock's morning show. Whats the legal tinting areas and how dark can those areas be tinted? While I'm asking I might as well ask what are some good brand names?

my understanding is that in MD you can have up to 35% tint on the sides and rear of the car, but the windshield can only have a 5" 35% tinted banner on the top. is that right?
