Civic Meet in Northern Virginia 1-24-09

Civic Meet in Northern Virginia 1-24-09 I'm posting this from my other thread on 8thcivic.com
This is a special event that we should throw. Alot of troops are coming back from overseas after a very long time ( even the ones that've already came back and the RESERVED ones ;-] ), so other than them knocking boots in with the loved ones and spending time with the family, I figured we should throw them a meet sometime towards the end of January :woot:.
The National Harbor is a place I thought of throwing it at. It's right across the borderline of MD between Maryland and Virginia. This'll be a good even to dine, drink and take some shots near the area. I figured this spot would be best seeing it's between the states and in reach of everyone to come to. I'm thinking the 24th of January (which is a saturday). Anyone interested, add your names to the list below.

***IMPORTANT DETAILS****
Ok, for people wondering how to get to National Harbor, the easiest way is taking 95N towards Baltimore ( if you're coming from Virginia. Otherwise it's 95S towards Richmond/Alexandria if you're in Maryland )and crossing the WOODROW WILSON BRIDGE. It's the very first exit from there. Simply take the National Harbor exit which is a subexit OF the actual exit ( you know...i.e. 2A & 2B ). If you follow it straight, it'll lead you to signs that point towards Public Parking. The hourly rates are listed below:
0-1 Hours : $2.00
1-2 Hours : $3.00
2-3 Hours : $4.00
3-4 Hours : $5.00
4-5 Hours : $7.00
5-6 Hours : $9.00
Anything longer (max) : $10.00
The meet will start at 4pm at Famous Daves off of Richmond Highway in Alexandria, VA. It's about 5 minutes from the bridge/straight shot to National Harbor. Food prices vary depending on how much you get to eat, but it's like a regular TGI Fridays menu price. From there, we'll go to the National Harbor when it's a bit dark so we can have a good lighting view. We'll get to the harbor around 6:30-7:00.

Since it's cold, I suggest everyone meeting up on the fourth level (and then after we may take a few shots on the top level and infront of the ******* Hotel). Possibly during the summer we'll have another meet there where we can meet at the top of the garage and have a greater view.
