anyone know?

can a regular mechanic do such a thing?

it looks like a difficult installation... seems if u **** up, its all ****ed

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Either find a racing shop (not a rice shop) or find a shop that does suspensions as a specialty. The hack a strut thing that koni does is very common, so try BMW shops and RX7 shops... those 2 I know are whack a strut models, I don't know what else is.... but its common. Lots of shops should be willing to rape you to do it. Its really quite easy to do though.
