I was talking to my friend and i showed him my rims. he told me that i should go to a professional place that specifically does installing aftermarket rims and tires instead of goin to NTB(where he got his installed which he saw that his rims are scratched). is there any place that i just talked about in the No. Va area or close to Burke region?

You mean professional tire installers? You can install your own damn rims. It takes a jack, lug nuts, and your arm strength. Radial Tire is in Silver Spring and is where all the autoxer's go.

^^ what Rob said. If I can put rims on a car, then I think anybody can. It doesn't take a genius!

But I think it sounds like you just need your tires put on and mounted/balanced, right? Try any kind of wheel/tire shop. Just because NTB scratched ur friend's wheels doesn't mean the quality overall is bad.

ya sorry if i meant puttin it on the car but i meant gettin em mounted and balanced.

i agree with u cat but having brand new expensive rims gettin scratched up and **** is not something i enjoy lookin at and payin for that much, which is 90 bucks but that is a bit expensive for me,i dont like.

i had my tires mounted and balanced at NTB
didn't have a problem

i know an employee that makes a mistake represents the whole company
but you can't always judge the entire company by one employee's action

so....just give your tires to NTB and hope for good luck

heheh kk. ill prob have to get up to 200 bucks or more so i can get em mounted and balanced nd then get my car aligned at the same time.
