Im from Centreville as well. I also went to Greenbriar West back in the day. Shizzie pulled me over a month or so ago when i was pulling through the drive through, if he remembers. Silver 2001 EX w/ a k20a2 6-speed

Any Winter Break Get Togethers??
Would any of you like to get together over winter break somewhere to meet up?? Would be fun to look at all of your guys rides and maybe go for a cruise somewhere, Skyline?? And if any NOVA people wanna get together let me know also....

Hey k20 ...have you been here awhile and just joined or what? Because I dont know too many people with swaps in this area. Def in for a meet too see your setup. Who did your swap and where?
doctor....I bought this civic this past summer already swapped from a guy in NOVA. After I got it, I started coming on here to get ideas for future mods because the guy who had it didnt do much with it. I think he just used daddys money to get the swap done and didnt do any work himself on his own car. The swap was done my Ultimate in Sterling, VA and they did a very good job. I have had no problems with it at all so far. I honestly hope there aren't very many with this swap in the area, its fun to be different. If we set a time for all of us to get together, I would be down. Ill be back from college for break on the 13th, so we should really pland something and try to get people out.

No, I found it in AutoTrader, and lucked out big time. The shop is very reputable in the area and did a good job. I still have all the reciepts from the swap and everything and it didn't look very cheap. The key is to find a good engine for cheap, and then make sure you spend the proper dollars to have the rest of it done right. Mine is done with all HASport mounts, wiring, etc and new parts from Honda, by a shop so I feel confident about it. The guy I bought it from had a lot of people interested, but no one had bought it because he was at Longwood College with it, and it was being advertised in NOVA. He came home for the summer, I saw it and jumped on it. I talked him to $11,000, and I got it with wheels, exhaust, intake, tint, smoked headlights.....
