I saw a black civic on 95 in Philly at about 11:30 on 9/11 at night going south. It had gold rims and was lowered (looked like with just springs because of the bounce). You were weaving in and out of traffic.

Today (9/12) I saw a civic coupe with octane front, altezzas and a big wing. That is all I got from that car. It was going north on 95 in MD near Elkton.

I also saw a white civic with halo projectors and altezzas going north on 95 a little bit after the silver civic.

Anyone out there?

Why must every 7th gen in my area have altezzas, boo! Although I did see a black one on charles street with tinted tail lights, looked bad ***, blonde girl driving.

i was on 76 9/13/04 and was racing around pretty good. I saw a stock-lookin car but they kept trying to keep up with me. it was a silver LX i think. i was paying attention to my own driving b/c i was goin' around 85. that anybody?
