VA body shops

my gf ran backed into her brother's WRX and cracked the top of the bumper...about 2 inches...and also dented the grill.

anybody know of a good body shop in northern va...and would they be able to fix a crack in the bumper? and possible estimates?

i trust the guys over here in woodbridge at K&W autobody, they've done all the body work i had done on my civic when i had it. they do a really good job and take there time with it. also open on saturday's im not sure about anywhere over in centreville though
