DE civic spottings, who is you?

DE civic spottings, who is you?
I saw 2 civics while I was in DE this weekend. One was a black one with an aluminum wing and some rims. It had some Asian sticker on the side in red and yellow. That is all I got out of it. I saw it in the Ocean View/Bethany area.
The other one I saw at the outlets on route 50 on Sunday at around 6:30-7pm. It was a silver one with black heads and tails, tint, exhaust, some kind of kit, chrome rims and lowered really far down that the rear rim was tucked inside the fender (sorta like it had air bags).
Anyone out there??
