Go take a PICTURE of the pot hole.. assuming its still there... take a pic of your rim, tire whatever. Then goto the TOWN HALL.... county has **** to do with anything. what ever town you were in , you need to goto their Hall. they should have a form you can fill out.

btw i know this from experience.
