I was down at Rockville for the first time last week, I'll likely be going down more as it gets warmer. As for shops, I havent been there, but I've heard good things about JE Import Performance in Rockville (http://www.jeimportperformance.com)

I'm in Baltimore. I'm finishin up my swap on my own but a friend of mine says Mid Atlantic Motorsports does pretty good work. There on Harford Rd. Just north of the 695 exit.
