Bristol Area Last night around 820 turning *left* onto bath rd it was blue or green i think blue but it was dark lowered, and some exh i dunno wht kind, tint, and ex caps anyone on here????

Also Who is they guy in the silver 02 around here with the 04 ex rims, lowered, tint, tails,exh,...????
