Rep Power: 319 that ticket was ILLEGAL.. you were from out of state. they cant make you pull over and spend an hour on the side of the road replacing a muffler everytime you come to virginia. did you even bother to go to court?

i was goin by myself so i could get another ticket onthe way to court
plus my parents were out of town and m father was suppose to go
so i just paid for it cause it was going to be a waste of my time and gas plus they wer'er just goin to add in court fee anyways
