I know there has prob been tons of these threads.. but everytime i search for "project car" it freezes.. so
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM PROJECT CAR?

mine would be a 240sx to silvia conversion....
or make a monster CRX sleeper
both cheep ways 2 fly!

i wanna work on a 90-91 RX-7 turbo II.... its has 50/50 weight distribution and really nice body style... it's gonna be my project car for the coming future n work on it for my son... he's almost a yr old but it'll give me some time to work on it... that'll be his first car as a gift from me... a good 12sec car... for my upcoming car i am planning to buy a type-r or GSR and do a JDM front end conversion with HIDs... i hope things go as planned!!

I personally thought that S2000 Swap in the Trueno was pretty bad ***, I'd love to try and do something like that. Nothing is better than beating the pants off someone with an old car.

OMG lol i was thinking the same thing (but 65). I had the option of getting a 65 rag top, restoring it, painting it midnight blue with white leather interior and silver spokes, i got my vic instead. I'm happy tho, but I still wonder what it would have been like

But its got to be a '69 R/T with the hide away headlights, or the V10 dropped in there (been done before) that'd be so badass....A 1991 CRX with a turbo'd B18C5 or K20A and Integra Type-R brakes and suspension. Or a 1969 Cougar with a 427 FE (Iron block), have the car (factory front discs which is pretty good for '69) all I need to find is the engine and the $$ to buy it.
