A Brooklyn teenager was killed when an argument over which brand of car is better ended in gunplay, police said.
Cedric Archer, 17, of 5817 Glenwood Rd., was shot in the chest in the East Flatbush section around 10:50 p.m. Tuesday and died at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center about 25 minutes later.
Police said a group of about 15 men was hanging out at East 57th Street and Avenue H debating which was the best car, police said. Archer happened by and "decided to stick his two cents in," according to a police source.
Archer began arguing about cars with the men. The argument escalated into insults and then Archer pulled out a .45-caliber handgun, police said.
As he menaced the group with the gun, a man in the crowd pulled out his own handgun and shot Archer, police said. The group scattered after the shooting, leaving behind Archer and his gun, police said. They are searching for a suspect.

yup, he had it coming case he started the argument and pulled out his own gun, i think it started with cars then escilated to "yo momma" jokes then "i did your sister" and then "your ghey" then he got shot. thats probally how it went down. LOL
Thats wild... its not that serious to me. You like domestics, I like imports... we agree to disagree... no gun play necessary.

Rep Power: 0 cocky-*** ppl.... not would have happened to him if he didnt think "oh, im the **** and let me go give them my point of view!" ppl get whats coming to em! dont **** w/ other ppl u really dont know....... and by the way, this almost happened when i was out w/ friends last week. some homo decided to walk up to us and tell us my friends car was slow or something and decided to also say "all of u are squares!"... one of my friends almost shot him. we told him not to do it and just bounced.

Rep Power: 374 That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard someone doing. I mean WTF. Just because someone doesn't like the kind of cars you do that is no reason to pull out a gun and shoot at them. He deserved to be shot. Pulling out a gun and shooting at a group of people because you don't like their opinions. What is the world coming to. First we've got kids bring guns to school, and now we've got dumb a$$es shooting at people over a conversations about cars.

but I can see how this happened. Sometimes people just say the stupidest things.. not just cars, but it can be about computers, an actor, a chair, whatever.. and it just frustrates people. Then it goes into insulting for saying such stupid things.. It's easy to say the way he died is stupid, but I can see how it happened.

thats fu*k up, it was his fault for not mining his own beewax! on top of that he should of not pull out a hand gun either. what are these crazya$$ fu*kers thinking. what if there was KIDS around and one of the bullets hit them instead, i know you have to feel guilt the rest of your life.
