You have probably seen this already, since its all over the damn net. However, since (for reasons mentioned in my other post [see "stupidest person on earth"]) I havent been able to even view the forums let alone post on them. And yes, Ive done a search, so you can bite me in advance if this is a post type R.
In any case, the other versions were non downloadable (well savable anyway) so this might help out.
A) No its not a "commercial" that they would run on TV. Its internet only, and yes it is very low budget.
B) Its awesome because in terms of the race, its pretty accurate as far as how things would go down (especially how the defeated instagator turns down some random street, heh.)
C) Yes, there is actually a "closed course with professional driver" disclaimer.

Rep Power: 0 I find it odd (not saying YOU are saying they are "fast") that most people with ~15 second cars call the Neon "slow" when its as fast if not a tad bit faster in the 1/4 mile. Just food for thought.
