Someone can make some money striping that down and selling the parts!
1. SI CONVERSION: engine/trans/axels/5 lug conversion/ back disc conversion/ecu/shift ****/ seats/steering wheel
2. part it out and sell on ebay (lights/bumpers rear seats/ect.)
3. When all is sold sell the from to the junk yard for a few hundred.

Rep Power: 0 I like how the ebay add says it has a 6 speed manual transmission. The only way thats possible is if there was a swap done on it and it doesn't look like thats the case

Rep Power: 359 Keys, No not really unless you were fix it or test the engine. If you are going to swap into a 7th gen civic you would use your ignition. But I think the only issue without the keys would be that the steering wheel would lock and transporting would then be difficult.
