he did do alot of work to the car. all good brand name aftermarket parts. its a 2000. and im partial to blue. BUT unless there is a serious turbo, supercharger, or some other super full custom work, it should not cost nearly that much. tho by the sounds of it he does not want to lose any money. at the bottom it says 28000 take all or 20000 take over payments, so thats prob why - i guess
