On to my opinion, I think it should look meaner. Ford knows what it's doing by designing a retro type Mustang. This looks like something my mom would drive. Nice numbers though.

My dad is on the waiting list to get one of these babies. I LOVE THIS CAR, but i love my civic also, but my dad is crazy, he has a firebird and a corvette now and still wants this GTO.

That car looks like *** for what it is. you think they would do something a little nicer with the body styling.
BUT...5.7 liter 340HP!!!! HOLY ****!!!!

All it needs now is a trailer hitch and a dozer scoop on the front. lol

My dad had a GTO back when he was in highschool, he said it was "Gas, Tires and Oil", he averaged about 5 miles per gallon... It had a 30 gallon tank though...ANYWAY... I don't really like how it looks, and I've never been impressed with large displacement engines... Look at the Gt3 engine 3.6 liters, 385 horsepower, sure it's porsche... but how about the american companies start designing engines better, and using all of their displacement.

It wouldnt be a bad car if they called it like the GTX or something, but its no GTO.

As for american cars, they've improved alot in recent years, and their top of the line performance models are really a step above their lower models. I would trust the car, as i would trust a high model mustang, a corvette, or a viper.

The LS1 is a great engine in any car BUT...

I bet the Holden has been out there in Australia for more than 3-4 years. The design looks so old, resembles a Malibu.
