Just add a CAI, Headers, and exhaust... your looking at about 150 (MAYBE, actually thats really streching it).... that's w/o turbo..... of course there is more to do to the engine, but these are your basics.... hope this helps

Humm lets see, I/H/E new intake and exhaust manifold, pulleys, lightweight flywheel, weight reduction, custom turbo. who knows most ive seen is 170hp n/a on concept civic, and around 220hp on hks d17 before it blew.
Horsepower is relevent. What matters is how deep your pockets are. You could pull your engine out, have custome rods and pistons made ($1500), weld a block gaurd in (200$), have your head ported and pollished and a valve job ($350) Have your block taped to except past generation fuel injectors and buy a set of 450cc injectors (gussing $1000) Convert your fuel system ($500) Custome turbo job w/ intercooler ($4000) Computer to manage all of this ($1000) then stuff like pullys and exhaust and cam gear and clutch and flywheel ($1500) and dyno tune it and you'd have a S**T LOAD of power. but your looking at lots of cash ($10,050). But you'd have a D17 that would whoop most anything on the roads. You could boost that at like 18psi atleast. Just something to think about

N/A 150-160 max probly with heavy engine work.
turbo probly 250, without baisicaly replacing every stressed part in the engine
both numbers can go higher with 1 thing needed

Oh man I would love to get my hands on some of that. I mean seriously, who wouldn't some of that action? Just take a look at it; so slender, beautiful, and even flexible. Mmmm...money...

The AEM CAI adds 8.7 horses to an EX. I know this because I talked directly to a guy that works at AEM. The guy at the performance shop called him and handed me the phone. I talked to him, he gave me the numbers. When it comes to headers, DC say theirs give minimum 12 HP, but others give anywhere from 3-8. That just doesn't make sense. What is it that DC has that no other companies have? With full mods on your car (serious engine work included) your looking to put out some pretty good power. Especially with a custom turbo running 18psi. We all know our cars aren't going to be the fastest, but they'll be pretty quick. With all this work, any other Civic will think twice before racing. That's my 0.02.
