Think of all the people out there this jerk has put in harms way over the years. Then he wrecks his own car, and gets hostile with the cops. Yeah, we've got a model citizen here. He probably WAS drunk.
I hope he gets locked up before he kills someone.

Rep Power: 0 He was giving them some s**t so I guess he got what was coming to him. Maybe he didnt have to get beatdown for it. pepper spray seems good enough if he didnt fight back. On cops just the other day, some dude wouldnt sit in the car, so the cop pepper sprayed him in the face, and the dude sat in the car. Anti freeze actually smells like alcohol?

There might be some exaggeration on his part or the cop might of saw something totally different then we can just hearing him say this. I would like to see the State Troopers video on what happened, he might of had reason to do wha the did, we don't know and probably never will see the video from his cruiser. But in the end, just hearing his side of the story I would definetely say a law suit is in order but he has to be very careful how he approaches the courts with the lawsuit. Sueing(sp?) a police department can be very hazardous to your health if you go about it the wrong way, if done correctly you can get lots of money and still not be targeted by the cops for harrasment.
But then again with his prior's he might not be able to win in a court of law. More than one DWI and the cops just think you are drunk all the time.

Rep Power: 0 Read the last post on that page. The guy tells him that there are millions of people that have lost someone to a person who was DWI, and that its KARMA. Now maybe I'm seeing this from one side, but I lost someone to a DWI driver, so hell yeah. If you've been busted before, won't take a breath test, give nothing but attitude, sounds like KARMA to me. If all you got is s**t to give, all you'll get is s**t in return.

Rep Power: 0 If he was going to LIE, why mention the DWIs in the first place? not like 99% of the people reading it dont know him from Addam. That doesnt make sense.
And he already PAID for those DWIs. Went to jail, got fines, community service. Never hit anyone, or anyting never crashed his s**t. And now he "deserves" this? Suck my d**k. Thats utter horses**t.
