the actual article where FnF2 denied the neon
I found the article in AutoWeek where they talked about fast and furious 2. It was an interesting read, and they have a lot more cars, and a lot more muscle cars too, like vipers, mustangs, camaros, chargers, etc, etc. I also read where they filmed race sequences going well over 100mph. 
(most movies film at slower speeds, then speed it up to make them look faster) And the pink S2000 (shudder) is driven by a HOT asain girl. 
This all may have been posted before, but anyways, it's a good read for those who haven't seen it.
So to the neon...
Not that the neon isn't fast.... but as shown, Fast does not a good car make.

Id hit it. Those cars were in our booth at CES. The gold supra in the RF booth and the pink S2000 in the Lightning Audio booth. My buddy got to drive that supra...said it was "scary it was so fast". I think its about 650HP supra

I liked the first one and I will probably like the second one. The only reason everyone dogs F&F is because after the movie the cops cracked down on all of us with the loud cars and s**t, they were never doged before but after the movie the cops were being as$ses......So the SAME thing will probably happen after F&F2......Dont get pulled guys

Rep Power: 0 man...seeing that picture of the 4 cast members and the nice matching job of their clothes to their rides...vaguely reminds me of when my little bro used to watch power rangers. each person had a "color" and their vehicle was that color too. odd. i dunno what my point is, and now having typed all this, i realize i just wasted some forum space. ah well, it'll be a fun movie no doubt.

Rep Power: 0 I'll see it, I sure some of the car scenese will be cool, I've already given up on hollywood making good movies, so I figure the movie will meet my already low expectations, and I'll enjoy some nice cars and have plenty of things in that movie to make fun of like the first one.

Let's put it this way: the only thing good about the movie was seeing our favorite cars as stars on the big screen. (ie everything else sucked as far as acting / script / plot / script / acting / acting). I'm sure we can all quote at least one stupid line in the movie.
