Sheesh... what I was trying to say was that: Kids would not be doing stuff like that in the presense of police. If they do that, that means no cops around, which also means you cannot get caught either (trying to get back at the kids).

Last time I checked, coppers don't move as fast as someone through a piece of fruit, so you have ample time to teach them rotten kids a lesson and go away in safety.
