call them and ask them, i found writing a letter and faxing it to them gets the quickest response...

They have none. I would suggest writing them a formal letter or go to www.planetfeedback.com to get some real tips on how to write letters. Or you can call them.

how do you have payments setup with your bank? does it cost any extra money, or is it just like writing a check? i want something simple like that. i've already forgotten about my payment on two seperate occasions.

I took the loan out from my bank, and they take the money out on the first of every month.

Email is very impersonal. It should be typed and sent through snail mail. This type of communication still gets the most respect and attention.

yep, this is true, write a professional looking letter, use proper language, and be respectful yet agressive if its a problem that you are seeking to have solved.
i wrote honda a letter a month and a half back, after they got it, they called me, and asked some questions, and then, through the mail, sent me a formal response. in the letter, i got an offer for an extended warranty, which i took of course.

btw, why do you want to contact honda, a problem? or a general question?
