What does it mean

when from factory, some nuts and bolts have colored paint on them as if to 'mark' them off or something??

Also, what do the different colors mean??

Don't know about the colors, but it's a kind of marking to see if the bolts have been tampered with (I think?).

some of the color is a different type of seizing compound....like thread lock and stuff.

Dealer told me that it means that they double checked to make sure the bolts were tight enough or the tires had enough air. Just crap like that.
