Messing w/ ECU
my friend has a B16a2 ecu and a skunk2 ecu harness converter.... we might try and mess around and try putting it on my car tommorw.. has anyone tried this before? if not, what kind of problems do u think ill run in to?

Rep Power: 0 actually, i wouldnt think of keeping it on my car, we will just try it to see what it will be like... and he wouldnt just give me a ecu and the harness anywayz! its his only ecu and harness converter and he uses it on his car

Rep Power: 419 Hehe, um... It's probably so different that you'll fry a couple of fuses. Maybe the ECU's fuses as well (if it has any). The best you can wish for is that the car starts, the check engine light would be on, and it would run like crap. Good luck though, if you get that far then it would be possible to buy a 6th gen ecu (like hondata) and program it to work for the 7th gen.

I agree with nyejade anyways. Its not like you are all of the sudden gonna get the power of a twin turbo supra by taking this long shot.
