Style-wise - definately the 7th gen. Its the most sophisticated looking
Performance-wise - 6th gen Si in electron blue (the others were slow, right?)

I really like the 6thgen coupes
EX model in Electron blue? I think thats the name of it

and my favorite model for the sedan would be 7thgen the tails and everything blend really well together. I don't really like 6thgen sedans

I like the 6th gen the best. I like the exterior a whole lot better. I think the 6th gen sedan looks a lot better and the coupe really looks a lot better.

The 6th gen just seems more solid in every way imo.

6th Gen civics, 99-00 SI, loved the body, headlights, and tails of the 6 th gens which I would have had a few years early if I bought. Love my 7th gen but also love the 4 th gen hatchback that my parents still have best smooth looking hatchback they ever made.

This is a serious Civic here...even more proof that we get shafted in the US when it comes to Si models. That's right, this is a real Si from Peru...they were Hatchbacks there. There's more pics at clubsi.com.

I love the 6th gen 99-00 civic Si, electric blue. In my opinion the best civic so far. When you rev those things it sounds like a motorcycle. Great little car.

I still have hopes for Honda to bring back a Si coupe with the electric blue color.

For the looks, I think the 7th gens are the best looking so far.

Any coupe from 99 to 2000, but especially the Si coupe in EBP. I miss my 6th gen in fact, I've sorta been thinking of tradng my 7th gen in for one. Gotta love the double wishbone suspension on those.

*curses Honda for the lame *** changes they made*

I love the 7th gen interior though.

im gona hafta go with the 7th gen coupe... sure the 99-00 Si is nice.. but the sharper edges on the new 7th gens makes it sooo much better. i personally dont like the roundness of the body on the 6th and previous gens. the 7th gen is definitely sharper lookin. thats all based on looks though. ive never driven a 99-00 Si but i think that combination of body/motor was really nice. as far as looks.. 7th gen. all we need is a nice motor to drop in herre (K20 anyone??)

I remember looking at a poll about the most favored generation Civic on another Civic site. The 5th gen won.

The ones I favor (in no particular order):
I like the 5th gen coupe.
I like the 6th gen coupe and hatchback but the coupe more.
I like the 7th gen coupe.

The older Hondas were more reliable back in the day.

My favorite Civic is the same as most of everyone else's top choice... the 6th gen Si coupe. I dunno if it's me but that car seems very intimidating. I want one but it's the most stolen car in the Bay Area. I'd take a 5th gen coupe just cuz I like the way it looks in black... so small.

So far no one's mentioned the "CRX" series like the del sol, ha...

the new si CAN look good. i was at the mazda place yesterday looking at 6's and they had a new si in black lowered some with silver rims...looked awsome. but unfortunitly i hate the gear shifter enough to not buy one so i got a coupe...that thing just annoys the hell out of me
